Accounts Executive
This role is all about financial strategy and control and day-to-day management of financial reports and records across a company in a well-defined process-oriented approach.
Overall, this person will be responsible for inventory and financial systems/processes within the company, accurate record-keeping of income, expenses and inventory movements across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Must know tally
- Tax compliance
- Filing returns
- Preparing reports
- Responsible for all inventory and financial systems/processes within the company – ordering, stock counting, warranty management, etc
- Conducting analysis on Sales and Inventory data on a monthly basis for the Retail, E-Commerce and Distribution businesses
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of income, expenses and inventory movements across the organization
- BOTS vendor management – invoicing, taxation, payments
- Debtors and suspense management
- Responsible for BOTS accounting to ensure company accounting is timely and of good quality and fulfills all statutory and legal requirements
- Expense management and optimization
- Monthly finance/accounting checkpoints as defined
- Authorize inventory movements, initiate stock counts and overlook invoicing and sales across all verticals at BOTS
